Our customers are
billed every month.
The bill includes a charge for the
amount of water used. Sewer charge, Water Debt charge, Sewer Debt
charge is based on the water consumption.
Your bill shows the previous and current meter reading dates
and the water used in that period. Usage is billed in the 1000 of
gallons of water.
Your bill is due by the 25th of every month.
Late charges will be assessed on the 26th. It is very important that
you pay the entire bill to avoid having your water service turned off.

or not be able to pay the entire bill

before the initial due date.
Your bill can be paid at Park National Bank, P.O. Box 446, 60
W. Coshocton Street, Johnstown, Ohio 43031, and also online through
Official Payments Corp. at https://www.officialpayments.com/index.jsp
Please note that convenience fees are charged for this service.
If your service is in jeopardy of being turned off,
please pay at the Village Offices located at 599 South Main Street. We
are open from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Village Offices
has a drop
box located on the southeast corner of the building.
