| The Village of
Johnstown Mayor's Court is held the 2nd and 4th Thursday of
each month. Court is held at 599 S. Main Street.
Those
charged with municipal violations come before a licensed
magistrate to have their cases heard. After a case has been
heard, any applicable fines can be paid through the Clerk of
Court.
We are now able to accept echeck
and credit card payments for Village Mayor's Court through
Official Payments Corp. at https://www.officialpayments.com/index.jsp
Convenience fees are as
follows:
eCheck fee of $3.00 for payments
under $10,000.00
eCheck fee of $15.00 for payments
over $10,000.00
Credit card fee of 3% for payments

If you can
waive your right to a court hearing, you can pay at the
Village Offices located at 599 South Main Street, P.O. Box
457, Johnstown, Ohio 43031. The Village Offices has a drop box
located on the southeast corner of the building. You may
contact the Clerk of Court to see if you can waive your right
to a hearing at 740-967-5961.
